I cannot wait to get out of this lease! I will say, there is great maintenance. Anytime I have called in a problem, someone has been here in the same day to fix it and I've been here almost a year. That is the only good thing about this place! WARNING: Do not get an apartment anywhere near the playground!!! There are more children here than adults and it's out of control. They are unsupervised and constantly trash the apartment community and run throughout the buildings. It sounds like thunder! Speaking of, there are no sub floors in the apartment. I can hear every step that my upstairs neighbors take, and the bedrooms are the worst. I sleep on the couch in the living room because I cannot get a full night's sleep with all of the creaking upstairs. Not only is the an inconvience that can drive you crazy, but it's a safety issue. No sub floors means there is no fire protection in the buildings. This place would go down in a hurry if anyone got too careless. There are a lot of gang related incidents here. There was a stabbing and shooting in the same month and both happened right near the leasing office. I have seen MS13 signs spray painted on the sides of the apartment buildings. Definatly not safe!! The parking here is rediculous because there just aren't enough spots for everyone. Don't plan on having guests over because you will be interrogated when you ask for a guest parking pass. The low rent attracted me because I'm a college student but now I can't wait to get out of here! I was really optomistic about living on my own and getting a great deal, but I was wrong, wrong, wrong! Do not live here, you will regret every minute of that decision! all, Pls, pls, pls dont pick this apartments, this is one of BAD maintanance apartment which i ever see in Sterling. I strongly suggest not to rent the apartment and the apartments are too only its build in 1978 and we never no when it is going to colapse. And the management sucks. They are suck a geeks the people who work in the office are i can use very bad words on them. They deserve for that. I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...
