Parkridge Garden Apartment in Herndon,VA is a Towing Trap" Beware future and current residents of parkridge garden apartment, Management will issue visitor parking pass more than the parking spot and claim 1st come 1st serve but most of the time 9 visitor parking spot is full, if you park other spot they will tow your car by JDR Towing company and you have to pay $180.00 to get it back, and this happened to me twice, Management dont take action at all. Dont let you hard earning money go by like this. ...
