Hunter's Ridge is dangerous. Do not rent here unless you want drunken parties taking place outside your bedroom EVERY night of the week and worse on weekends! Spent one night here and then left. I got back all monies given to the landlord on this one. I was coerced into signing a lease agreement under false pretenses. I rented from summer '06 through fall '06. ...
