Until winter comes, you will think County Green to be great. However, management has apparently decided that residents who need to actually go to classes or to work can freeze to death. The most they do during winter weather situations is put down a barricade to make sure nobody attempts to drive down either of the two major hills in the community. The roads are left entirely frozen over, leading to a higher-than-reasonable number of accidents just getting into or out of the community. If you anticipate you will be in from spring to fall, you would be fine. Forbid it that you should spend the winter there, too. I rented from winter '09 through winter 11. ...
