This is by far the worst place i have ever lived in. My rent started at $607.00/month for a 1 bedroom, now i am paying $720.00/ month. They increase rent here every year and the apartment is very small, old, with old appliances that never completely work right. They rarely spray for bugs and i am always getting rid of spiders in my apartment. I despise this place! The apartments here are overly priced and old! The only reason why i am still here is because my son attends Blacksburg High School on Prices Fork road and walks to school. Otherwise, I would have left this place a long time ago. And to make matter worse, the management is horrible. They take your money and then treat you bad! My lease ends in 2013 and I can't wait to get out of here and find a better place to live.
