Choosing to live in Pheasant Run has been one of the biggest blessings of my college career so far. The environment is both adorable, welcoming, and everything I would hope it would be. The townhome is spacious and has really felt like I am truly living at home. There has not been too much noise besides the occasional small party at a nearby residence. Purcell Park is a quick two minute walk away and there is a bus that comes right to the complex and can get you to campus in 5 minutes or less! I highly recommend checking it out! My experience at Pheasant Run Townhomes has been quite negative. We have dealt with numerous maintenance issues that never get completely resolved. The issues have ranged from overflowing toilets, leaks in the ceiling, mold in the air vents, and shower knob malfunctions. Whenever maintenance comes in, they simply put a band aid on the issue and we experience the same issue within days or weeks. ...
