It's a pretty place, but it is NOT worth the money they charge. Although the materials in the apartment (i.e. kitchen tile, maple cabinets, nice carpet, etc.) look nice, the construction is cheap so you can hear absolutely everything through the walls and floors. Until moving in here, I have never been able to hear neighbors across the hall from me while both of our front doors were closed. The management is awful. Everyone in the front office always seems very stressed out, and they act like they simply can’t be bothered to help you. When the elevator broke down on my move out day, doubling the time and cost for the movers I had hired, the ladies in the office did not even want to take the time away from complaining to each other to call maintenance. I was just supposed to take their word that they would call, eventually, after I had left. Not to mention they don't have a direct number to the office, so you always have to navigate through voice menus when you try to call, only to reach an automated voicemail message that they have never responded to as long as I've lived here. On top of all of that, they charge for everything they can. During the summer, it's $5/day per resident to use the pool or $40 for a season pass for each person. Guests are an additional $5/day. Parking is $35 for the first spot, which is not even covered or reserved. So after paying for your parking spot, if you come home late, expect to have to search through the entire complex for an open spot if you don't want to park in a loading zone and get towed away. This company is obviously focused on making as much money as quickly as they can, making residents who are already legally committed to pay them each month only a nuisance. ...
