Wilsondale Apartments is a great residency to consider if interested in looking to live off campus. It is a gated community. Apartments are nice and spacious and neighborhood is pretty quiet. More so families live here so if you're the type who like to throw parties often, this may not be the complex for you. There's a pool and playground open for resident use. I do have trouble with insects but pest control comes to spray every few months. They have residence only parking and visitor parking so it's never difficult to find a place to park. ...

My experience here at Wilsondale has been awesome. I've rated them a 4/5 due to the fact the community is "Gated" however, the gate never works. It's always up. There were 2 situations that took place simply because people came into the complex for help to run away from someone driving behind them. Although the person ran for help, the gat should have been left open by management. Forbid a resident such as myself has a stalker and it's unknown. The gate is open when it should poses danger. Now they have Green LED lights lined on the arm of the gate. It's more inviting than disinviting. The maintenance crew does do a great job at repair/replace. Ricardo, Scott, and Miguel are great helpers although some residents refuse to place their trash IN the dumpster. ...

I have now been a resident here for 6 months, and I absolutely love it here. The apartments a very spacious and have very nice amenities. The rent is reasonable, and the location is perfect for getting to campus (once we are able to attend in person), as well as close to grocery stores, shopping, gyms, etc. I plan to finish my college experience here, and if I happen to land a job in this area after graduation, I will definitely re-up my lease here at Wilsondale Apartments. ...

Wilsondale is definitely a good "first" apartment for college students. This is my first year I wasn't in a dorm (given the circumstances with COVID) but I am overall very pleased with this complex. It is relatively quite, safe, clean, and the apartment is very good quality. ...
