I instantly loved the atmosphere of the apartment building as soon as I saw it; tall ceilings, spacious kitchen with lots of cabinets, and huge windows for natural light. This is a rare apartment that includes everything into their rent (from wifi to pet-rent). I felt safe in an apartment building that uses multiple keypads for entry, no keys to forget or lose. The neighborhood is perfect distance to Ghent storefronts, gyms, mechanics, downtown Norfolk, and a quick drive to ODU. The inconveniences of this apartment was a leaky window during storms and the occasional loud neighbor. ...

Insects are a problem with this apartment building. Noise from other tenants happen occasionally. The neighborhood is what convinced me to move-in, lots of things to do within walking distance. Lime scooters allows for bar hopping with friends.
