I love the location, its so close to everything and the maintenance is always so great! I think it is a little quiet only because my neighbors have called on my apartment for noise complaints a lot when we were not even loud, but that could be a personal experience but definitely not a good place if you wanna have a loud party. ...

expensive, but really really nice. a hot spot for sorority girls. good parking. has a clubhouse with a pool. location could be better. I rented from fall '06 through spring '08.
