they apartments have an ant problem and in most apartments when It rains the window sills leak. In the apartment I'm in the balcony leaks as well. Trash outside is a constant thing. explore your options thoroughly before joining this community. Upside is that the area that it is in is actually a great place. I rented from summer '06 through fall '06. ...

Horrible neighors blast music and pile trash outside door. Management does nothing. Stay away, don't be fooled by the appearances. I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
