It use to be a nice, safe, convenient place for working people to live in upscale Falls Church, Virginia. Now since management started marketing the apartments as affordable it has become a haven for the homeless, drug addicts, illegal migrants, HIV renters, and ex-felons. Renters who are honest and hard working but low income are treated like vipers! Their cars are stolen and broken into. Maintenance regularly enter their apartments without notice and take pictures. They don't fix things in a timely manner, you have to do it yourself! You have to be in before it gets dark if you are a woman or a child. You only take your trash out in the morning to be on the safe side. Drug transactions in the hallway with the most hideous looking people. The buildings smell like urine, tobacco and marijuana. The homeless spend the night in the laundry room but the working tenants are locked out at 5pm. The new tenants are having the time of their life! Free place to live (most of them are welfare recipients) Access to normal people and their belongings! The police are called regularly. And most of the new tenants are low income MEN! They have no ambition whatsoever! they plan on staying and terrorizing at that complex until they die. BEWARE! ...
