We offer 20 apartments in our community which is located downtown, across from Sona Bank in Clifton Forge, Virginia. Our apartments are a low income housing tax credit property. We have income restrictions. We are not subsidized. The rental rate is not based on your income. We offer commercial, efficiency & 1 bedroom units. Alleghany is a secured building and residents use a key tab to enter and visitors must be let in.

All utilities (Gas, electric, water, sewer, trash) are included in the rent.

There is a laundry room on site. There is an elevator.

All applicants must qualify with income*, residence verifications, background & criminal checks.

All applicants must meet a minimum income of $900.00 a month before any deductions. All applicants must not exceed the maximum income based on occupants. 1 occupant = $25,080.00 a year. 2 Occupants = $ 28,620.00 a year Accepts Section 8.
