Too expensive for how far away it is from campus. There are bigger, cheaper apartments closer to school. Although it is a quite neighborhood, it's also very boring. $700/month for an 412 square feet of apartment is pretty ridiculous. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
