The parking can be a bear, but if you walk to campus for classes you only have to deal with this when you go shopping and late at night you'll have to park far away. CMG responds pretty fast to maintenance issues which is great. Also, there is a pool which is only open in summer and it is walking distance to downtown! I rented from fall '08 through summer 11. ...
