DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Walls are paper thin, the whole building shakes when someone walks up the stairs (no elevators) or a semi-truck drives by, and simply walking around your apartment causes your neighbors' apartment to shake. I've lived in apartments my whole life and never experienced a problem like this this bad. Management is lazy and dishonest. They're hardly ever around on the weekends, if at all. So if you have any issues, like drunk college kids blasting music at the pool (which happens every weekend in the summertime), it's your problem to deal with. Get everything management says in writing. Your lease agreement doesn't allow management to make or honor any verbal agreements, and they know this. So they'll say or promise whatever you want to hear, but won't honor anything. Their favorite form of communication is eviction notices. They charge fees for everything, including a monthly fee for collecting your packages! Crime is bad here and their rent-a-cop is feckless. We witnessed multiple broken car windows, stolen bikes, and homeless people living in the garage. But when you ask to see their cameras to figure out who tried to crowbar their way into your car, forget about it. They're probably just up for show and they're too dishonest to admit it. Save yourself a lot of money and grief and just DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I rented from spring 2017 through fall 2017. ...
