After requesting in writing for them to fix the heating systems they provided for over a year, I was forced to break a lease. They refused to fix a broken system, and it caused electricity bills to fun over $400 for a 700 square foot apartment. Not very safe or well-lit. Smelly garbage was in throughout the stairwells, flakey paint was visible throughout, which they are required to test for lead by law, and notify me when they do, and they never did. Decent size for a reasonable price, but not worth it if you live on the top floor where they have the very poor heating units. Management was terrible to work with. Do NOT recommend. Spare yourself a lot of pain and find somewhere else. ...
