It was okay when we lived there. The management is okay but not the best. We had a few problems that were felt with poorly. The halls often smelt like sour trash. The thing I would say is very important is to take pictures and videos of the apartment when you first move in and when you move out because they will rip you off. All they want is to get as much money out of you. They require you to pay cable even if you won’t use it. Our mistake was not taking videos of the apartment when we moved in. It was dirty with trash behind the oven, crumbs in the cabinets, and soda splattered on the blinds and window. Just be prepared to be ripped off. ...

Normally don't write reviews, but the reviews I read before moving in vs the way it actually is here at Midtown is very different, so I felt the need to enlighten everyone. I was looking for luxury, and I found it! Midtown is under new management now, and they are VERY pleasant to work with. As for the apartment themselves, they are very reasonably priced and the amenities are taken care of. I would say even the underground parking isn't as bad as people make it out to be. There are 2 floors under EACH building. As long as you are home at a reasonable time, you can almost always find parking. Overall, Midtown has made an incredible come back and I am very excited for them to finish the pool and hot tub! I rented from winter 2018 through spring 2019. ...
