Anderson Apartments is a small, cute apartment complex close to campus. The apartments are small but functional, the rent is a really good value. Everyone I've met in the apartment complex and in the surrounding neighborhood is really down-to-earth, kind and accepting. The management is very kind and responsive, if a little bit strict. The one downside I would say is that the parking situation can sometimes be difficult. There aren't always enough parking spots and so double parking is sometimes necessary in the winter. However, it hasn't caused any major problems for me personally and I would definitely recommend the complex to others. ...

Management is the worst. They will try and blame all the wear and tear on the tenants. There was also mold growing in most of the apartments. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2018.

The rentals have been upgraded. They are well taken care of and management is responsive. Parking is not ideal but works. Loved the location - only 1 block to be on campus. I rented from summer 2017 through spring 2018.

It takes multiple calls/emails for management to respond to maintenance requests, and they don't take them seriously. They'll try to blame the tennants for even normal wear and tear. When they do finally fix problems, they charge you for everything they can get way with. They come in December for cleaning checks, and look for everything you might have broken that they can charge you for. Basement apartments usually have mold. Tennants who call or email maintenance requests are often blacklisted, and the landlords stop answering their calls. I rented from summer 2015 through fall 2016. ...

The management here is horrendous. You get charged for anything and everything the managers can come up with. They blame everything they can on the tenants even when things break due to age. Parking sucks in the winter because there are more tenants than parking stalls. The apartments have mold and nothing was done to correct the problem. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016. ...
