Great location and complex size, but you pay a high price for cheap finishes and not a lot of amenities. Additional $30 a month for parking IF you can get a spot, but there aren't enough spots. Management suggests you use the Y lot, except you can't park there overnight, so what are you supposed to do with your car then? I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2017. ...
