Beware that some units are extremely overpriced- #6 charges $325 year 'round for shared rooms and is the crappiest unit. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11.

The ward is really active compared to other areas in Provo. This is so close to campus, downtown Provo, and not too far from Provo Towne Center Mall. The walks are shoveled every morning when it's snowing, and the gardners come once a week. There are two bedrooms upstairs and each comes with it's own bathroom. There is also a small bathroom downstairs attached to the kitchen. There is a basement that we use as a bedroom but some use it just for storage. Most of the people who live here have graduated or are graduating soon. Each townhouse has two parking spaces underneath the house (nice when it snows, you dont have to scrape the snow off your car) and there is also a small lot in the back. I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...

I had my own parking spot so thats easy, but becasue its so close to campus if you don't have a spot then you'll have to cruise for a few blocks to find one. The ward is older, more mature, and thus people are more interested in actually getting to know you and not being simply superficial. The apartments are great BUT if you are renting through TPM just be aware that you will have to hassle them for maintenance - but from my experience its like that almost everywhere. I rented from fall '06 through winter '07. ...
