This complex had been such a disappointment since i moved in. Moved in and a few months later they tell me im no longer going to be the direct party for MY electric that I pay. They would add it to the rent monthly. Let me tell you what that means. If someone was on a payment plan or needed to get on one that option is no longer available. that means if they tack on an estimated electric bill of 300$ to your rent and you can’t pay it, your evicted ??. Surprise guys! I would have never moved in here if they were going to scam their tenants like this. There is actually a class action lawsuit going on regarding other complexes with this situation. I also used to work for the electric company so I know how the scam is ran. Oh, and by the way, you couldn’t even talk to the electric company about your account for the apartment you pay for. Hey contact them they’re so trustworthy. This is on top of none of their amenities are actually all open. Want to go to the gym? Guess what closed for a week! What about that hot tub? Nope closed for two weeks. Want to use that dog spa they rave about. Nope can’t. Everything is broken. That splash pad closed due to contamination of the water by health department. Oh and then with the electric now added imagine if they back bill?? Your rent ends up being 400+ the original lease agreement. Ask them about the water bill everyone was comparing, tell me how a one bedroom with a single person is paying 125$ a month. I’ve heard these people are owned by ivory. I already knew ivory was crap this place is a scam!! if you wanna pay outrageous rent not have your amenities and be faced with possible eviction because they estimate your electric bill every month come right here. By the way, they never clean the hallways. The only thing they do is have somebody run through with a leaf blower there’s been crap all over the hallway for a few months at least since I moved here in the summer. Hey their staff is nice but they certainly have zero experience in what they’re doing. Don’t get fooled by the cheap beautiful look of your apartment. There’s also no water pressure. They’ve been asked about that multiple times and just blame it on someone else. If you’re interested in a complex, that making TikTok videos is more important than properly taking care of their tenants or grounds you found it! Runnnn! Oh, by the way, if you’re ever looking for an answer a direct one when you ask a question don’t ever ask them because one they don’t know or to the fabricate it. These people have absolutely no experience in this office. But they’re nice lol. Whoops can’t leave anything out. I forgot to say that police tips have been made multiple times due to drug activity on the corner by that corporate office building. They have been made aware about it multiple times the people will just sit out there chain-smoke and do drug transactions car to car. But hey, I guess as long as you’re paying your rent. Damn I might as well tell you everything so you know what’s going on here. They have an intersection that doesn’t have a stop sign and they used to put slow down signs nearby because people blow through it and you almost get T-bone about every day. So on top of paying that sky high rent be careful because you’re also gonna have to pay a deductible when you get in a car accident. Not sure why they stopped putting up those signs maybe because they actually don’t give care. That’s probably the only thing that they said pretending like they care just like ivory I promise you do not get involved in the homebuyers program. Look at the reviews of ivory homes biggest scam home builder in Utah. Or your house will just go up and fire because of the appliances they put in it. Look I was born and raised here not lds there’s a bubble that people thinks nothing exists beyond that or Utah. Be ready to be judged if you aren’t. Same thing happen when I attempted to buy my home.
