Cons (from #764): -built in the 40's, so the structure of the house is old, which explains a lot of problems. -tiny kitchen without a dw or garbage disposal -leak in roof since may that hasn't been fixed all the way -driveway fits 4 cars but one behind the other, so only one car can be taken out at a time. -mice problem -dark green carpet (ugly and being dark, it looks dirty all the time) -landlord is rarely quick to send help, but always quick to demand rent. Pros: -newly-painted walls. -10-min walk to the Wilk. -amazing ward! I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...
