Parking sucks. Management doesn't care. Had mice and ants while living there. Sooo many problems, no one I knew had a good experience here I rented from summer 2015 through winter 2016.

This complex is managed by Nelson Brothers. They are the worst. They charge wayyyy too much along with being totally unethical. Only good thing is that it's across the street from BYU campus. We had mice, mold, ridiculously high utilities and a variety of other problems. About half the students who live here has filed complaints with BYU housing and conflict resolution. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016. ...
