great time. Great Value. Great people. Never had a single problem with the apartment functioning. The manager helped with any real issue we had or our neighbor had very quickly. I would recommend this place it was the best place to meet people and get new friends. I came to school without knowing many people and was able to quickly meet new people and build friendships. Honestly, this wasn't too bad of a place. The apartments weren't the greatest, but they were affordable, functional, and honestly bigger than I think any college student needs (At least the basement apartments, the upstairs apartments are a tad smaller.). The laundry facilities weren't the greatest thing ever, but they were free and managed to never damage anything. I never saw the apartment manager, but the apartment ran well enough that we never needed to talk to them anyways. It would have been nice if it had been more social, but there was enough people that you never had to worry about getting bored. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

The owner's and manager's never helped us once. We had a leaky sink the entire time we lived there even after telling them multiple times it needed to be fixed. There were previous holes and damages in our wall and many insects and spiders came out of them constantly! I would never recommend anyone living there! The price is too high for the piece of junk you pay to live in. The only plus was the social life. Everyone seemed to get along with everyone. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...
