These people tried to milk me for ever penny I had. As soon as I had signed all the lease papers they told me that cable was included at my expense and I had to pay another $30 a month, which would not have been as bad if I had owned a TV. In the middle of my lease they decided that they wanted to assign parking and charge you $15 per month. They insisted that they had security on patrol but cars had broken out windows all the time. They came to fix water damage but only plastered and never came back to paint. I asked them to clean out the gutters 3 different times so that when it rained that the water didn't sheet down on you but never was taken care of. They billed me an extra $100 after I moved out that was "accidentally added" to the cleaning charges. I rented from spring '09 through fall 11. ...
