Elevate on 5th is a great starter apartment for students looking for a place to live that's close to campus. It is right on the trax line so it is very convenient to go to class without having to buy a parking pass. The bedrooms are a great size for 1-2 people. The kitchen is pretty small but it works. It is pretty expensive for only 2 college students so I would suggest having 3-4 roommates. The walls are almost sound proof so you won't hear your neighbor.
