I have enjoyed living at Township! I got home from my mission 3 months ago. Coming back to BYU, I wanted an apartment that was right next to campus since I don't have a car. Township is perfect because the south tip of campus is literally right across the street! Smith's is also a 15 minute walk away, and the bus stop is a five minute walk away. There are so many apartments in this area, and my ward is awesome, so there are pretty good social opportunities. The week that I got here, some girls upstairs came by to welcome me into the ward, which was amazing!! For rent and utilities, you'll end up paying $485 a month for a private room, which is really good! There are 2 private rooms with a shared bathroom and one private room with its own bathroom. The apartment is clean! There were just a few small things, like bent blinds, that I noticed when I got here, and when I sent a message to management about it, they sent a guy to check it out, and they got it fixed fast! No complaints here! ...

This was the most amazing deal I have ever found! I had the master suite from fall 2010- winter 2011 and paid $375 a month. The room was huge, I had a huge walk in closet, and my own bathroom. It was awesome! (compared to another place I lived where I paid $395 and only had a small room and shared a bathroom) Plus, my roommates and ward were amazing! The quality of the place is nice enough, but not amazing. My bathroom was nice. The general living area was nice. Our dishwasher and dryer didn't work too well. Management was nice and quick to respond to emails and repairs (except it took them three times to fix a light right once). The location was awesome! Just across the street from campus and super close to the gym facilities. The hidden gem of Provo! I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Apt 7, landlord was awful. Had the master bedroom, huge room and the walk in closet was the same size as the private bathroom. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07.
