Overall, I have loved living here. The location is fantastic and the property is nice. Iβve run into problems with management simply because of classic nepotism. As long as the relatives of the management donβt live in the apartment, itβs fantastic!
Management is responsive and the landlord is helpful. That being said, there is no garbage disposal, dishwasher, or washer and dryer in the house. There is a washer and dryer on the property, but they are not well taken care of. Management pays for a 3rd party to take care of that, but the 3rd party isnβt responsive to fixing them. There is a laundromat just down the street, though, so itβs not really a problem. We have AC, but the upstairs doesnβt seem to get any of it. The upstairs bathroom is also okay, but could definitely use an update. The living room and bedrooms are honestly the best part of the house. They are large so you donβt feel like youβre in a cramped college apartment. We also have tons of storage space and a dining room attached to the kitchen.

I loved living here- girls were great, manager took care of any problems. So much better than my last few apartments where I had NO SPACE and have plenty here! Ward is great. Only problem is when people who don't live here park in the parking lot late in
the evening. Usually don't have problems though!
I rented from spring 2016 through summer 2016.
