This place is pretty, um, well, not so hot. Parking is scary. If you don't get here on time, you have to look 10 minutes for another spot on the road...but be careful! Parking enforcement wants your money and will boot you is 2 seconds, tow you in 10. Couches are nice. Goo amount of desk space but little storage space for your things. Yea, and I felt like the $355/month rent was a rip off when there are places just 2 blocks away for $100 less and have a pool, hot tub, and game room, with REALLY friendly management. I rented from winter 10 through winter 11. ...

They are way too much money, and they lie about the internet. They block ports during the day; good luck streaming movies (even ones required for school). They lie. Don't live here. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

The place is under new management from the last posts. The new managers are great. I got married and had to sell my contract. They were really helpful, and sold it for me. The price has also gone down from last year. The apartments are a great size, new couches. I loved living here. Really social ward. Best place I have lived while at BYU! I rented from fall '09 through fall '09. ...

Fall 08-Spring 09 (the box did not get updated for this year which is why it's listed as Fall 07-Sping 08) I agree with all of the other posts, and here is my to bits: ***DO NOT MOVE HERE! Seek refuge inside a cardboard box before contemplating this place. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. They're all smiles before you've signed, but once you've inked your name to that contract you can kiss that facade good-bye. The contract is DECEITFUL as is the MANAGEMENT. Need to finish that online assignment? Awwh, that's too bad, you've been disconnected and the time has expired. Will management fix it? NO! Will they even listen? NO! SLOW buggy INTERNET. BAD PARKING. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...

I have to agree with the comments left so far. A HUGE mistake! These apts are dumps. The contract is, tricky, sly, devious, gray, shady,.... should I go on? Do not move in here (period). I rented from fall '08 through fall '08.

I feel cheated by the landlords and the management. They charged $40 to re-check cleaning that had ALREADY BEEN DONE. They lied about the internet and are extortionate. We may consider our legal options because this housing is RIDICULOUS. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

They lie on the contract; they don't give you full internet access. Also, when I try to contact them to fix said problem, they either ignored me or told me to stop bothering them. Plus, 320 a month for shared rooms? Who let these people get away with this bull? Highly unrecommended. Live somewhere else. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...
