There are now 8 girls in the house, although the landlord wants 9. It has a gorgeous living room and lots of light and space. Truth: if you are all friends, things go great. That was my experience for 1 year. The other year, we didn't all get along and it was kind of cold. The ward is fabulous--older, interested in knowing you, and very social. There is a porch that is a delight during the summer months. Hot during the summer if you live upstairs, avoid it if possible. But the main floor and basement are great during summer months. The landlord is conscientious to shovel the walks during the winter but you must double check all contracts and make copies of everything just in case. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

The toilets downstairs sometimes back up and send all of the poop water from the house into their floor. We're talking inches of standing poop water. The landlord is the worst I've had as well. I'd say stay away from this place. I rented from fall '03 through spring '04. ...
