I would not recommend the Village due to their poor customer service performance. I tried to get an apartment with my friends and due to their incompetence we didn't get one. Here is what happened. When we checked their websites for apartments we noticed that there weren't any mentions of a waiting list, meaning that they still had openings. We did our application, paid the deposit and waited. After waiting for four days without any response I called the number they have on their website and no one answered, I left a call back request but after two days no one called me back. I then decided to send them an email through their website which also was never answered. After yet again waiting for a few days I start calling them daily with no response, it just redirects me and says leave a call request. After two weeks of dealing with this I go to their office to sort things out and they were really positive and helpful at the desk. What was negative is that only after going to their office did we learn that we are on a waiting list, we never saw any mentions of that and never received an email about it. We wanted to find an apartment for three but they were out of them. We then decided to go to three separate apartments but in the same building and same floor. The lady at the desk told me that they will send the lease to be signed later that day or the next day(we had reserved that those spots for us). After waiting for four days I call them to ask where is our lease and their response was you have no lease you are on the waiting list. After speaking with the workers and the manager their official response was the worker who was supposed to take everything doesn't remember me being in the office or anything about the discussion I had with her. They told me that they will check if there are anymore availabilities and will get back to me the next day. They didn't call me the next day and after waiting a day I called them and the manager hadn't even checked the availability. She then told me that she will call me the next day with the information, she never called me back. After waiting over the weekend I called them and learned that the manager will be gone for a week. I then had to go through everything with the assistance manager who tried her best but nothing could be done at that point because all of the leases were already sold. In summary, a bad service, incompetent workers and overall a horrible experience. ...

Super nice apartments, but they are pricey. Parking sucks, get your name on the wait list ASAP so you don't have to park on the street. Maintenance staff always fixed problems super fast. There's definitely a social vibe about the Village, and a lot of people who live there definitely fit the stereotypes of a typical "Village" person. Appliances are pretty new, and the rooms are in pretty good condition. Suuuper close to walk to BYU! Overall I did like living there...I was just ready for a change. I rented from winter 2018 through summer 2018. ...

Place is nice but definitely not for what they charge you. With utilities I have been paying $500+ each semester, not sure how college students afford it. Ward is nice. Maintenance is slow. Parking is impossible to find if you don't have an underground spot. They tow you without warning if you forget your car in visitor. I rented from fall 2016 through fall 2017. ...

Parking is great, since it's underground & I had an assigned spot. Management always responded maintenance requests within 24 hours. Lots of fun social activities all year. The gym and pool/hot tub were so nice, wish I would have used them more. Social & very attractive ward. Just overall a really nice place to live. The one downside is that it is not cheap. With utilities it cost me about $450/month, which isn't too terrible I guess for how nice it is, I just don't know how college kids can afford to keep living here. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016. ...

I loved this place. My ward was great. However it is really pricey for even just a smaller room, around 455$ with utilities. Some people don't like that but for me I didn't care. VERY SOCIAL and the location is great! A lot of people have complains about the management but I never had a problem with them. Also people complain about not having underground parking but if you sign your contract early enough you have first pick so just be aware of that! I rented from fall 2014 through summer 2015. ...
