These are good apartments. Having washer/dryer hookups and a dishwasher are wonderful. The neighborhood is nice and it is about a 20 min walk to the heart of campus. My only complaints: the maintenance is horrible. The guys don't speak English and don't know how to fix anything. I've called about several things and nothing has been fixed (it's been 5 months). Also, they haven't fixed up these apartments at all. They're taking advantage of the fact that they were remodeled 4 years ago. The rent has moved from $600 to $640 and now it is $675. A little ridiculous for them not doing anything to fix up these apartments! So don't be surprised if the rent keeps going up... The set up and layout of the apartments are nice. The kitchen doesn't have a lot of cabinet space (you'll grow out of it fast) and the people in other apartments can be a little noisy (especially late at night.) They're a little expensive for what they are though... I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...

Overall, these are great married apartments. They have 2 bedrooms and the apartment is fairly good-sized overall. The bathroom has WD hookups, but you have to purchase the washer and dryer. It comes with central air and free cable and internet. You just have to pay gas and electric, which aren't too expensive each month. It is also just 4 blocks south of campus, which is very convenient. The only complaint is that maintenance is VERY slow in getting things fixed. The office has many problems, but they recently hired a new girl to work in the office and she is a lot better than the moron that worked there before. I rented from summer '07 through winter '08. ...
