Nice looking units except for a few things: the parking lot is a nightmare, upper lofts are 10 degrees hotter than downstairs, and the office will take advantage of you. They will charge you over the tiniest thing, can't be held to their word, and will treat you like garbage if you disagree with their decisions. Months after giving permission to move in furniture, they arbitrarily demanded its removal with a week notice saying that permission was never given and that I was at fault. So much for BYU-housing being a place of Christ-like compassion. If you're gonna live here, lawyer up. Really nice unit, but not worth the headache. ...

Loved living here!! Such a great place for a really decent price! Highly recommend it. The ward was also one of the friendliest I've been a part of while at BYU. (Rated 2016) I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016.

These are condos and about half are owned privately while the other half are owned by Mountainview Management, one of the big landlord names in Provo. My apartment was owned by a professor, who made a great landlord. While I lived there he repainted, replaced the blinds, tiled the floor, and replaced the coffee table. Each apartment has two designated parking spots underground, but there are also another 20 spots or so for everyone else & their visitors. The ward has been fun for the last two years. It's three blocks from the SW corner of campus. The second floor apartments have 3 bathrooms for 4 people. The loft upstairs is a shared bedroom and the lower two bedrooms are private. The family room feels bigger with the vaulted ceiling and spiral staircase leading up to the loft. There is a balcony so your roommate with the girlfriend can stay out there in the summer. :) I've heard that the lower levels and upper levels cost about the same, even though the lower levels are two small shared bedrooms without the loft. The top floor is certainly worth the price! I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...

The ward is fantastic and so is the location. The walk to campus isn't bad at all. Also, church is in the RB so its a quick walk on Sundays. The social life makes up for what the condo lacks. The landlord's were terrible, even though they respond to your emails quickly, they don't do anything about the problems in the apartment. Parking isn't ideal, but it was manageable. Two spots per apartment. ...

These apartments are great, some better than others depending on which unit you're in. The parking is cramped, but it is underground and there is upstairs visitor parking, and no passes needed. The ward is super chill and cool. Spring/summer especially, there's so many activities, but it's not overwhelming. And they all have washer/dryer in unit, which rocks. I love it here. I rented from spring '08 through summer '09. ...

It's a chill place. Privately owned condos so it depends what you get. Close to campus, close to the grocery store, fun/mature social environment I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

The parking is ridiculous... Price isn't horrible, but that depends on who you're going through because they're individually owned. The location is nice, you can pretty much walk anywhere you want, and because you're by two busy roads, its pretty safe. The people are really nice, and the ward is amazing, and mature. I rented from spring '08 through summer '08. ...

Close, but not too close. Underapartment parking is the mose cramped I've seen. Units are generally pretty nice for college housing. I rented from winter '00 through fall '01.

Parking is horrible! All the condos are individually owned, so the prices and condition vary. The upstairs condos have lofts!
