A very good location for the price. It's only a couple blocks from campus and the bus stop, so you can get anywhere you need to in Provo/Orem within 20-30 minutes. The staff is professional and kind, and I've never had any issues with them. My main complaint would be how loud the AC/heater are, but only in the men's apartments; in the women's apartments they are much more quiet. Rent can vary from ~$350-$370 depending on utilities. I rented from fall 2017 through winter 2020. ...

One thing that's awesome about the Brittany is how quickly they follow through with maintenance requests. There were many times that I came to the office with issues and they were always very understanding and willing to help. I lived at the 4-plex on 700 North, so our ward wasn't part of the main complex. I rented from spring 2019 through winter 2020. ...

Great place to live, and though it might seem kind of old looking, it's kept clean and well-maintained. Parking is almost impossible to find, fair warning, and it does get pretty cold in the winter. Also it's kind of expensive considering some of the other places around the same area, but management is amazing, and the other amenities are great! I rented from fall 2018 through winter 2019. ...

Great apartments! Great pricing for a 4 person 2 bedroom. However, parking is really not fun. Small lots with lots of people living in the building. I rented from fall 2019 through spring 2020.

I would recommend the Brittany as a place to live, especially in the summer. The ward is social and welcoming. The rooms were originally made for 3 so you get an extra half closet and there is a lot of extra storage, although I wish more of it was cupboard space in the kitchen area. The ovens are old but manageable and the location is close to campus. Management is really responsive and maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Reasonably priced, and despite being a bit old, the apartments are clean and well kept. Bedrooms are very large and roomy, and there is tons of storage and closet space. Great location as well, and management is kind and easy to work with. Only downsides are competitive parking and higher prices for laundry ($1.50 here versus the $0.75 you might pay at other complexes). Overall, a clean, social, friendly, comfortable place to live. Brittany Apartments are everything that you want from a college apartment: they are relatively cheap, close to campus, and the living space is great for the cost. The living room and kitchen are a little crammed, but it feels comfortably homey. The only other complaint I have is that noise travels pretty clearly through the walls so it's easy to hear loud neighbors. However, the administration is great and goes out of their way to respond to complaints and maintenance is even quicker to respond to requests to fix whatever in the apartment. But out of all the great things the Brittany Apartments offer, the best part is the people. I have never lived in a college community with as many down-to-earth, good people that are just enjoyable to be around and who act inclusively. I rented from winter 2019 through winter 2020. ...

The Brittany is a pretty good apartment complex to live at. The management is very diligent and willing to help with any maintenance or neighbor issues. The management definitely cares about its tenants, and the maintenance crew does an excellent job. For the most part I dont feel there are any hidden fees thrown around. My only complaints are, the floors are very old and squeak everywhere you step, which can become quite annoying, especially with upstairs neighbors. The other is there is no insulation in the walls, its pretty cold in the winter. Other than that, the ward is great. I would live here again, and would refer my friends. The Brittany is a great place to live! It's reasonably priced and has a social ward and good people. For cleaning checks every month (there are cleaning checks every month) management typically has a fun treat like a waffle breakfast. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond within a day. We have a piano and a nice TV in the lounge which is open for use. If I'm going to be honest, the only reason I would give 4/5 stars is because I work late and there is never enough parking in the lot (unless it's a holiday break), though I can usually find some within a block or two on the street. The brittany does a good job keeping their apartments together, so though they are older, if you're looking for a mid-range apartment this has been one of my favorites in Provo. Be careful, there are a few buildings! So if you're moving in and have preferences, make sure you specify the 4 plex (on 700), the main brittany (on 500) or the "b block" (not even sure if that's what it's called, it's down 500 one block). I have lived at both the 4 plex and the main building, definitely prefer the main since it's the one with the laundry machines. I rented from fall 2018 through spring 2020. ...

I have definitely loved living at the Brittany!! The price is super reasonable and the shared room is super spacious with a good amount of storage. The best thing by far is the ward, which is FANTASTIC with down to earth people who are very friendly and always with activities to do. A few of the appliances are a little out of date (mainly the oven and dishwasher) but the bathrooms were redone recently so they are nice. Parking is atrocious, but it's close enough to BYU campus that you don't necessarily need a car. I rented from fall 2019 through winter 2020. ...

The Brittany is great for those looking for cheap housing with an almost dorm-like atmosphere. The complex is nice and compact, making it easy to socialize, and the ward is great at having activities which bring people together. The apartments themselves aren't amazing, but are reasonable for the price. Parking is limited but not too competitive; usually you can find a spot until after 8:00pm. I will definitely be extending my contract here for next year! I rented from fall 2019 through summer 2020. ...

I love the place! There are very nice people and the apartment location is perfect. It's very close to BYU campus and the bus station to UvU I rented from fall 2019 through winter 2020.

Solid apartment. The rooms/kitchen are definitely not as nice as other places I've lived, but are fair for the price you pay. The ward is fun and there is always something going on, and there is a pretty decent lounge too. The landlord + family are great! Every month they made waffles for the apartment complex and they tried to get to know everyone. They even put on a few activities themselves, which was cool. Cleaning checks were pretty chill - they really only check the bathrooms (although you need to clean those well). Parking is pretty bad (typical for housing south of campus). The laundry room is nice but a bit small so occasionally there aren't any open machines. I rented from fall 2019 through summer 2020. ...

Brittany Apartments have been an awesome place to live for the last semester. It has the perfect distance from campus and center street. I love the ward and I LOVE my roommates! Some of my favorite things about the Brittany are that the laundry room is always clean, the office is always on top of things and easy to contact, the bedrooms are a great size and the bathroom setup is perfect. I have found that the stove is hard to use and parking is hard to find. I rented from summer 2019 through fall 2019. ...

The Brittany Apartments have great management, a great ward, great rooms (kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom), a great lounge area, and it's very close to BYU campus. The only downsides are that the bedrooms can get a little cold during the winter, and it is always hard to find parking, but I still highly recommend the Brittany. I enjoyed my time at the Brittany, but I did feel like the price did not match up with the quality of the apartment. It is very old, which is fine, but it was really expensive I rented from fall 2018 through fall 2018.

Erin is the best landlady ever. She knows you on a personal basis and runs all of the logistical aspects rent, repairs, and move-in and move-out very smoothly. The maintenance is speedy and reliable. The location can't be beat: south campus is gorgeous and is just a 15-minute walk from all of my classes (one time I got to class in 4 minutes running). The ward is absolutely amazing! Everyone is mature and is focused on school and work. There are some really fun activities, but it doesn't feel overwhelming. The stake is great, too. There's a fantastic Institute program in the Manavu chapel just south of campus, a 2-minute walk from the Brittany. I've just lived here for a summer, and I absolutely love it here. The apartments are a little old for the price and the parking lot, which is first-come-first-serve, isn't big enough, but the location, the ward, Erin, the maintenance team, and having 4 roommates to an apartment more than make up for these small shortcomings. I rented from spring 2018 through fall 2018. ...

The apartment is well priced, close to campus, and always has fun activites. The management is amazing and the maintenance crew is super quick. It is first-come first-serve parking, so sometimes you don't get a spot which is the only part I didn't like. I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2018. ...
