This property charged me $592 and repeatedly lost my paperwork through email. They asked me to redo my application multiple times, showing how disorganized they are. My husband and I have now decided to buy our first home instead of renting, mainly because of experiences with rental properties like this. The property manager, Kayden, was incredibly unprofessional, and Alyssa kept losing my paperwork, only to put me on the phone with Kayden when I asked for a refund, even though I was told the deposit was refundable. We drove by the property, and it looked like a rundown hotel with people loitering and signs of neglect. It’s certainly not the place we thought we were applying for. But the property manager is a piece of shit. They didn’t even run my application and they would not refund me my money thank God for my bank I spoke with them and I will get my refund back.
