I had the unfortunate displeasure of living in this apartment building for a short period of time, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. This place seems more like a money-making scheme than a genuine living space. The management’s primary goal appears to be squeezing every penny out of their residents, with no regard for their well-being or comfort. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of consideration when it came to towing cars. Without any warning or notification, my car was towed away, leaving me stranded and furious. It’s evident that the management is more interested in making a quick buck from towing fees than providing any sort of resident support. The mold situation was beyond appalling. The building’s negligence towards maintenance and cleanliness led to a pervasive mold problem that not only affected the aesthetics but also posed a serious health risk. It’s clear that maintaining a safe and habitable environment is at the bottom of their priority list. And don’t even get me started on the nightly poolside drinking sessions. The noise and disruption caused by rowdy residents were not only a nuisance but a constant reminder of the lack of respect for fellow tenants’ peace and tranquility. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. This place is a prime example of a poorly managed, money-hungry property that doesn’t care about its residents’ well-being. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential health hazards – steer clear of this apartment building! ...

Horrible service, paying residents are obviously not a priority here. Whether you’re parents looking for housing or an independent, i'd steer clear of this place. The location doesn’t compensate for the headache.

We had to clean the apartment before we could even move in. There was hair in the drawers, tile on the floor was a tripping hazard, the floor had to be mopped before we could move in. We found termites and asked management to take care of the termites, they did not believe us. The floor in the bedroom was not swept or mopped. We have lived in 2 other apartment complexes and this was the most disgusting of them all.Very disappointed in this place. I have pictures of all the dirt, hair, floor, and termites to prove it. They also took money from our security deposit for cleaning. When I called to show them the pictures they said they were under new management and couldn't help me. I would not recommend living here!! ...

Filthy apt...management lies and treats people like they are terrible. Would not recommend anyone not into this dilapidated poorly managed pats. Only positive is the location. By other places offer shuttles to the university.

Place is physically a extreamly old building. Not very pretty compared to some of the other places. Management treasure tenants like 12 year old children. However, location is prestine! Never worry about parking, and the social life is great. This can change year to year though. I rented from fall '09 through spring 10. ...
