I wish the review could give 0 stars. I have lived here for two months and both my dryer broke and the AC went out in the middle of the summer. It took a whole month to fix the dryer and we are waiting on the AC to be repaired. When I first moved in, the shower was absolutely disgusting with orange mold covering every corner. I was told countless times that a cleaning crew would come clean it and it was finally cleaned last week (a whole two months of waiting). What did I get in return for all of these issues? $25 off one month of rent and a cookie. While the office staff was very apologetic, it doesn't discount the fact that the conditions in my apartment have been unacceptable. DON'T LIVE HERE. I rented from spring 2019 through fall 2019. ...

Very expensive. Also, they will promise you a reserved parking spot and then when it is time to move in, they will tell you that there are none available. Don't waste your money paying insane rent for this place when they misrepresent that you will have a reserved parking space. I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2017. ...

I have lived here 2015-2016 and the management has been great for me. They are so prompt with responding to your needs and always willing to make your stay the best possible. Yes, it is expensive but it is worth it. The ward is great, the location is great, and the apartments are huge. The apartments are practically brand new and in great condition. Definitely the nicest place I've stayed in Provo. Compared with other management in Provo (Elite Estates especially--yuck!) this management is amazing. They leave you alone if they are not needed. The best! I rented from summer 2015 through summer 2016. ...

The Landlord is the most greedy awful group of people ever!!!!!! They rip you off and steal your money with stupid fees that I didn't agree to. They have a good location and great ward/community. But They are pathetic excuse for a company and do not deserve to have a business. Do not go there!! Also do not go to their new place pacific heights either. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Expensive, and the management nickels and dimes everything. No amenities, just the apartment for 400+ a month. Don't expect your 500 deposit back, they will find a way to take it all with leaving fees.
