They do not enforce the BYU housing rules. MY roommates boyfriend always stayed the night even thought I brought it up to management multiple times. We had our APT broken into twice and they did nothing to make us feel safe. It got to the point where the men in our ward had to take turn sitting outside to make sure we all felt safe. Management is horrendous and always sneaks in random charges. The place is nice but management make you hate living here. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016. ...

I really like living in Summerlynn. There is always plenty of FREE parking underground so your friends can come over and not worry about getting towed. Every time I have put something in for a request, the repair man comes that day or the next. We love the repair man! The ward is great. The other girls in the complex are super sweet and mature. I love the location because it is close to BYU campus and Smith's grocery store. It's nice because it is a quiet complex for studying and sleeping but it is still social at the same time. You can get to know each other easily because it is a smaller complex :) I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

The management is horrendous. Not only does no one answer the phone, but when you finally get through to someone, it's their voicemail. They have NEVER called me back, I had to resort to nearly stalking them by email. The agents are sub par in their knowledge of the units they are supposed to be selling or what's going on with the check in/check out process. It's far too expensive for the cramped area in ghetto south Provo you're paying for. There are no lights in the dark alley behind the building you have to walk through to get to the stairwell. As someone that works late at night, that's an issue for me. They screwed me over in my contract, making me live in an apartment for a few weeks then moving because I had to move in early and someone didn't do their job. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I rented from summer '07 through fall '08. ...
