Apts at 680 N 750 W, Provo, Utah,, 84606 under REMS, are in Need of New Carpets, paint, blinds, tubs, and kitchen update, the furnace does not get inspections, and Property workers come into apts, without notice to tenants, some of theses apts have NEVER been Renovated since the 70s, they Charge Tenants money for damages When they have Never done any Inprovements to the Apts, SLUMLORDS! I think You Need to be Reported to BBB, or the Apt Association in Provo Utah, your a Cheat and Fraud, How Dare you Treat Hardworking People like this and Students Going to College, You Break the Rules, and Charge extra Amount of Money for fees Not mention on your Lease, and by the Way Who ownes this Property? ...

#1 has 2 fridges, washer/dryer, and is at great location. I really like it. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.

It is good apartment, great ward, great social life, but the landlords of my apartment - REMS - will steal your deposit money. They charged 200 dollars of my deposit to "repaint" my bedroom, which was in great condition. Also, they charged me 80 dollars only because the oven and the fridge were not well clean. Go to Somerset, but choose an apartment that is not administered by REMS. I rented from spring 10 through summer 10. ...
