I lived here for two years and was probably my most favorite place in Provo! Although it has an unfortunate name, it is really close to campus, the apartments are in great condition, it has a washer and dryer in your apartment, has underground parking, has Google Fiber installed, and has a great ward. Some people think that the manager, Cathy (Kathy?) is hard to work with, but I haven't had too many problems with her... She is not at all tech savvy though. She actually uses a typewriter... 0_o It would be nice to pay rent online, but hey everything else is pretty nice. Also, contracts are year contracts and Cathy is not willing to change that. Rent is constant year round. $330 for private, and $300 for shared (I think). Also, if you sell your contract, there is a $50 charge to change your contract to someone else's name... which doesn't make sense since it's not like there's any online contracts or files she has to change... So if you're getting a contract plan on staying for a year, or having some other means of getting out of it early. ...

Kathy, the woman who manages these apartments, is about as awful a person to deal with as you can imagine. She has no respect for the tenants, often isn't in her office when she says she will be (I had to go back four times before I was able to obtain a parking pass), and will make no exceptions to the rules--no matter how dire your situation. The contracts include Spring and Summer terms at full price whether you will be there or not. The apartments are nice and very well located, but dealing with the manager is sufficiently unpleasant that I would reccommend choosing a different complex. I rented from fall '05 through summer '07. ...
