I never once had a problem with roommates or neighbors. Management? The only way I could get them to address my concern was to go in during office hours and then threaten them with arbitration. Which I finally had to do to get my deposit back because the on-site manager failed to provide my new address. They would not pay the $100 penalty fee. Not only that, I lived here for two years and it took until my last semester for them to put in an after hours office number. Their maintenance and repairs are band-aids for bullet holes, and parking (if you do get it) is a joke. Office management is so slow that their renewal of my contract lost me parking, they have double-charged for my rent, and their cleaning checks are a joke. I think they only ever went into the bedrooms once in my whole two years. I do not recommend living here unless you can speak up for yourself and are willing to fight. I rented from fall 2017 through winter 2018. ...

This place is a good price for the rent but the utilities are outrageous! Something is for sure up with that because management was so sketchy when I talked to them about it. I even went to every single apartment at Park Place and spoke with all tenants living there about their utilities. EVERYONE was upset and told accounts of really sketchy things showing up on their bills. I requested a print out of my usage from Park Place from the city of Provo and they refused to give me one. One month I paid $52 in an apartment of 6 girls! We were gone most of the time and did not leave lights on or take long showers etc. When I got a petition signed by everyone, EVERYONE in the apartment complex the next two rent periods I didn't have to pay any utilities. They took them off. Odd huh? How would they be able to do that? They advertise cheap rent and then rip you off in utilities so you will end up paying a lot more than you think. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Parking is a joke so don't plan on having a place to park. The new management will nickel and dime you all they can. I payed about $40 a month for utilities in the spring when neither the heater or AC was on. Also, there used to be a social life. Now there isn't. It's horrible. Don't live here I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

I've loved living at Park Place. The management has been great, the price has been right, the location is as good as you can get while still living off campus, the social scene is great, the unit has a nice townhome-like setup, and parking is not an issue for me since I don't have a car. I'm very happy with Park Place. I rented from winter 11 through fall 11. ...

Park Place is a great place to live. The social life and ward are as good as I could hope for. The place itself works really well to live in. Great setup for social interaction. Location couldn't be better. Nothing negative to say. I rented from winter 11 through fall 11. ...

I don't think it gets better than Park Place! Provo's best kept secret. It is nice to have an upstairs and downstairs because you have the choice to be social or a recluse. The buildings are set up to be social. It is nice to have an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs with the vanity outside. This eliminates problems with roommates. It is nice and spacious with decent furniture and appliances that work. Maintenance is really fast and always gets yours stuff done within a the week if not the next day. I have lived here for 2 years and am currently house hunting just because I need a change and it makes me realize how amazing Park Place is. We have a year round spa, and we are a block south of campus. There are obviously some cons as every place has. It doesn't have much parking the upstairs is always waaaay hotter that the downstairs. They are very old buildings and so they seem kind of ghetto sometimes but I really love it. You can no longer paint the walls so we are stuck with really funky colors but they are kind of lovable in a weird way. Great apartments and definitely worth it to at least look! I stayed till winter 2012 it just isn't an option yet! I rented from spring '09 through winter 11. ...

I really loved living here, which is why I lived here for 2 years. I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs, a lot more privacy and you can do your own thing upstairs and your roommates downstairs. Loved the extra bathroom downstairs. Recently got new couchs, said they were working on new carpet. You can paint the walls. Very social. Loved it. I rented from summer '06 through winter '08. ...

Pros:Park Place is a steal. With all the bedrooms upstairs, an extra bathroom with a shower downstairs, and very good maintenance staff, it's the shiz! Friends can use the bathroom no prob, and if your roommates are up late watching movies, you can easily go upstairs and do your own thing. Cons:The outside looks like Tijuana's ghetto and the parking is cramped. (1 per apartment, and an additional 13 spots for 72 residents.) Year contract= $215/month+utilities F/W $270+utilies The ward is shared with Spyglas, which is much more expensive, so there are a variety of people in the ward. Rich, poor, social recluses, socialites. I rented from spring '08 through fall '09. ...

I love these apartments, which is why I am going to live there another year! The outside just looks terrible, but the inside is worth the look. It's a beautiful place. YOu have 5 other roommates, two stories, a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and plenty of room. AND you can paint the walls! I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...
