I've lived in Heather Cove for two years and I LOVE it. While the apartments are pretty average for Provo student housing, the rent is cheap for what you get. There's a good amount of wear on the carpets and cupboards but it it's a big apartment shared between three girls so it never feels cramped. The apartment I live in has two bathrooms which is AMAZING. The other reviews here seem to be pretty old because I have never had an issue that took longer than a week or two to fix. Our stove broke and it was fixed within the week. Our vacuum stopped working and maintenance showed up two hours after the request went in and it was fixed immediately. Honestly some of the best maintenance I've ever had. The floors are pretty thin tho, so be prepared to hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and playing the piano. The ward is kind of awkwardly divided so it's not as social as other places but the vibe is good and there are plenty of activities to attend if you put in effort to get to them. ...

I would not live here again. We have Black mold in our shower which we explained to them since the beginning of the semester which is still not fixed. The girls here are amazing but the Social Scene isn't that great because we live 2 streets away from our ward. LANDLORD WILL TRY TO PULL A FAST ONE. I caught that they were trying to get us to pay for the electricity of the tenants from before. I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

When I lived there, we had a flood in our apartments from the washer. It took my roomates and their parents constantly calling the manager and the owner itself to finally get it fixed. The apartment was halfway remodeled when I moved back into my apartment (most of which never got fixed)until BYU housing was going to inspect it. Management has changed since then, they are a lot more reliable. Howeverk for the price they ask for i would reccomend searching somewhere else. Its not worth the price! I rented from fall '05 through fall '06. ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The managers may be nice, but the owners will screw you over! Nothing was ever fixed, even when there was a gas leak. DO NOT LIVE HERE! I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.

the older apartments are newly remodeled but small. it's tough trying to share the bathroom and living space with 3 other girls. just got new managers and so far they are a lot better than the previous managers who never fixed anything no matter how much you bugged them. the newer apartments are much better to live in since there's 2 bathrooms and there's a seperate room for the washer/dryer. the rent is going up since they just remodeled and I don't think it's worth that much for a small shared room with 4 girls sharing 1 bathroom. I rented from winter '06 through summer '07. ...
