Our apartment was so gross, there was black mold all over, our dishwasher didn't work, there was a dead roach and guts on my kitchen floor when i moved in. The mattresses and chairs had been totally torn apart and the couches were gross. The parking spaces are TINY, and if you come in after 10:00 at night you have to park in a separate parking lot that was a 5 minute walk from my apartment. Management is really nice but they never get around to fixing big appliances I rented from fall '06 through winter '07. ...

I lived there before the remodeling in 2005/06. The management was alright, but didn't enforce many BYU standards at all. The ward was about 60% BYU students. The rooms were fairly large and the parking was plentiful, and close to the football stadium, but a ways from campus. I rented from summer '02 through winter '03. ...

hated it here. don't be fooled-- they remodled the outside, but the inside is still circa 1978 with a coat of new paint. I rented from fall '03 through fall '03.

Good for freshmen and those looking to live close to campus. It's okay quality. You may be able to find better for the same rent amount, but it's still a pretty nice place to live.
