Not sure if anyone even checks these ratings on this website, but here it goes. We lived in an Elite Estates Married apartment for 2 1/2 years and to say they are "elite" is a gross misunderstatement. These properties haven't been updated in years. Plumbing that should have been redone years ago gets clogged and is delt with, without any regard to just fixing the problem. We lived in a basement and there was only 1 working window. Which you guessed it, is a fire hazzard. If you can get over living in a place comparable to the shack that Charlie lives in, in Charlie and the chocolate factory, then the next factor would be the TERRIBLE Management. If their condiscending nature doesn't bother you, then maybe getting blamed for everything will. As previously stated these apartments haven't been updated, we had office tile ceilings, cement walls, and subpar hardwood floors. But of course if there were any issues with paint chipping or floors scratched we "must have done it." Oh and every year we had to add $200 to the deposit because this kept the contract "current" but you don't see a dime of that money actually used on improvements. Finally, when we made it out of that hell hole, they charged us two transfer fees (one that they refunded, because they made the mistake, but were reluctant to admit) and then two months after moving out, we remember they still had a months worth of rent that should have been taken out of our last month of living there. But since we didn't remember it was "our fault". They did end up sending us the $800, but got a lecture about how it was our fault for not realizing. I'm sorry, you should also remember taking $800 dollars from us. Moral of this story, DO NOT RENT from these people. They are some of the worst people I have ever met. I rented from spring 2017 through fall 2019. ...

Older places but furnished great and lots of space. Free Parking and passes for guests. Nice! So close to campus which has been a huge plus. Management wasn't getting back to us but then found out the manager's husband had a transplant and nearly died. Great to stay in all this space with all my friends at such a great price. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017. ...
