Lived here for 2.5 years and had a great experience. The management is responsive and helpful. The apartments aren't high end, but clean with good couches (even my Mom commented on the cleanliness). Having a pool is extremely convenient. And parking is solid. I highly recommend. I rented from winter 2014 through summer 2016. ...

Great LDS Ward. Friendly environment, wonderful culture at The Brittney. Really loved working with Management here- they are very realistic and understanding as well as organized. Loved the renovated apartments. Easy to keep clean. The Brittney is a sweet place to live. I rented from spring 2016 through summer 2016. ...

Overpriced for what you're getting; management is ornery; cleaning checks are ridiculous; ward is great though. I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2016.

I loved my experience! I lived in the building separated from the others. I loved how close it was to campus and how fantastic management was. It was hard to find parking, but overall, it was a great experience! I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2015.

I adore the Brittany! The Bishopric is the bomb and its location is superb. I love the social aspect and the close proximity it has to places like Smith's, Center Street, Sodalicious, Brick Oven, and tons of the largest off-campus housing complexes in Provo! I love the Brittany! It's close to campus, the apartments are nice, and the price is very reasonable. The management is great too. Our blinds fell down and we filed a report late that night, and early the next morning someone came to fix it. My only complaint about the Brittany is there is never enough parking, so you usually have to park on the street. I rented from summer 2015 through fall 2015. ...

Really excellent-the people in charge are great and there are always fun people in the ward. A good deal close to campus, don't think I'd live anywhere else! I rented from spring 2015 through fall 2015.

The Brittany apartment management is excellent. This semester we had a lot of things break in our kitchen and bathroom, and after emailing them or calling them once they would have it fixed - generally within the day. The apartments are clean and nice, the ward is great and the location is decent as well. I don't have a car, but, if you do, it would be very difficult to find parking - even with a parking pass. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2015. ...

The Brittany is a great place to live! It's very close to campus, which means that you have access to anything that you need there, and the people who live here are great. The management does a good job at tending to whatever needs you might have, and they fulfill maintenance requests quickly and accurately. It's probably best to take your laundry some place else to do it, because that's a bit pricey, but that's really the worst bit of it. I'd recommend living at the Brittany. I love the Brittany! It's very social and close to BYU, which is nice. Management is great, but laundry is a bit pricey. Parking is limited, but as long as you don't stay out too late, it's not a problem. Maintenance fills requests pretty quickly. I'd definitely recommend it! I really enjoy living here! It's a good place quality and price wise, and it's close to campus and Smith's groceries. It provides privacy but also allows for a good social life I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2015.

The Brittany is a good place to live. The apartments are kept up and the maintenance team responds within 1-2 days of submitting a request (as long as its not over a weekend). There is plenty of storage space and the website pictures are very accurate as to what your apartment looks like. Management is nice, but there is sometimes a lack of communication when it pertains to individual apartments. The laundry room only has 6 washers and 6 dryers, so laundry can be a pain when it gets busy. There are very few parking spots which makes it a pain to find spots. Overall I've been very happy with the Brittany and am planning on continuing my stay here. I would recommend it. I rented from fall 2014 through winter 2015. ...

I LOVE living here. Parking can sometimes be a struggle, but we make it work. It's great that I can make it to my classes walking in no more than 10 minutes I rented from winter 2014 through winter 2015.

I really love living at the Brittany, there is a great social atmosphere here. Erin is a wonderful manager and whenever you have a problem she is always there and willing to help. If you ever have any questions or concerns it's very easy to talk with her as she is very open and straightforward. The parking can be a little rough just due to space, but there are usually enough spots. The location is nice because it's only about two blocks away from the south entrance to campus. The apartments themselves have just enough space for four people, you don't feel cramped and the closet space is fantastic. I rented from winter 2014 through winter 2015. ...

The management at the Brittany are top class! Any questions, complaints, compliments, and suggestions are always received kindly and professionally. The set up is decently average. Repairs and maintenance are prompt. They have laundry machines, but I feel I get a better wash and value at Washut. Parking is beastly. Be ready to park on the street I'd you show up after 10. If you get in before 10, don't 've surprised if someone hasn't blocked you in by parking illegally--really annoying. I rented from fall 2014 through fall 2015. ...

The people are down-to-earth, the apartments are cozy, the management is top-knotch, and you're close to a gagillion great restaurants. What more could you want? I rented from spring 2015 through fall 2015.

Brittney was great. The ward was fantastic and we always had fun stuff going on. The pool, though small, was super fun for the summer. The apartments themselves are kind of old, but every issue I had was resolved quickly. It was easy to work with the landlord. All of my classes are at the Benson, so I was made to live at the south end of campus and the location was awesome. (I was here for spring and summer terms 2015, but can't select them below.) I rented from spring 11 through summer 11. ...
