The management is unreasonable and dishonest. Do not take their word on anything, get it in writing!! The other tenants are nice and the parking is great. Otherwise, it's not worth the price. The rooms are very small and the tenants are not treated with any amount of respect or honesty. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
