Alpine Village is a quality apartment complex. UNlike so much of student housing here in Provo and Orem, it is new and clean. The girls in the office have always been helpful, especially when I lock myself out of my apartment. the only people I know that have had issues here either dont pay there rent or dont get along socially with the rest of people in the wards. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live that's not like 100 years old and scary. I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...

Alpine is a great place to live. My roommates and i have been here for over a year and plan to stay till were married. Rooms are private, and the place is new. beats every where else that I have lived in provo. I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.

I agree with all of the negative comments about Alpine. I have not had much dealings with management yet, but it is very apparent that they do not know how to properly take care of the high quality complex. No question that it is the nicest complex in provo right now, but this quality will not be here for long. The appliances, furniture, and carpet are all cheap. The hallways have several holes in the walls, and have an unfinished look to them. The noise problem is another problem that I would strongly agree with. Don't plan on being able to study. I rented from summer '09 through fall '09. ...

Do not rent from Alpine! Price is way too high, and with the new management it will continue to go down in quality. Management is so dysfunctional. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. Community garbage's are frequently overflowing, so the halls and stairways stink. The courtyard is always noisy until one in the morning, so don't plan on sleeping or studying before then. Horrible complex!!! ...

I've been here a year and a half - almost the whole time the complex has been here. The apartments here are brand new and quite nice. Seriously, show me another complex that comes with a plasma TV and leather couches and underground parking for everyone. It's definitely a little pricy, but you get what you pay for. And if you've ever lived outside of Utah, or even Utah valley, you will expect to pay double, triple for a room what you pay here. The social atmosphere is good - the wards throw lots of activities here and I have found that people are nice and the girls are way cute. I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...

Sweet place to be. I lived here since the complex was built. It was a little rough getting started. Things have progressively got better as I've been here. I left at the beginning of the summer, and just came back, and it's a different place. They say management has been switched out and it's really made the difference. The place is basically full for the first time which makes it a lot more fun socially. I'd recommend it. I rented from fall '07 through summer '09. ...

I have lived at a bunch of different places, and this is one of the best by far. I was a little frustrated by the old management, but the new guys are pretty tight. I feel like they are my friends instead of my parents... but the apartments are basically brand new, parking is pretty much always available and the wards are great. I rented from spring '09 through summer '09. ...

Great place to be. The wards here are very social. I think that almost everyone seems to enjoy the social scene, except for people that never come out of their apartments. The property itself is beautiful and new management seems to be fixing the place up nice - it was a little bleak before. I am living there again and have referred a lot of my friends here. I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...

New management is younger than the tenants and does not have a clue. Concrete jungle here! Do not live at Alpine. I rented from spring '09 through summer '09.

Pros: Nice appliances, washer and dryer. Heated pool and gym. Underground parking. Nice TV. Good wards and bishops. Pretty social. Reasonably close to campus and grocery stores, etc. Cons: Paper thin walls. Unorganized and apathetic management/staff (don't try emailing them with problems because you won't get a reply). Tiny rooms, especially for the price. Limited guest parking and parking enforcement. Very strict cleaning checks and numerous types of fines, especially at checkout time. ...

I can't stand the new manager. I called the office the other day to ask a questions and she was so rude to me and told me that "she was too busy with everything else and could not help me." I called and again a little later and she said the same thing! I dont know how she ever became a manager but she is the HORRIBLE!!! The location and price you pay is NOT worth having to deal with her. ...

This place is very nice. I love the student staff that has helped us with so many items. I was locked out one night and they were able to let me in. The rent is high but you get alot for you money. Management is a complete joke. The Manager is a straight crazy person. She treats her job like a church calling "praying" over situations that have nothing to do with the church. I've also been in the office when she was yelling at her employees beacuse she didnt like the way they were doing things. Management will also nickle and dime you every step of the way. I got charged also 150 for a small rip in the couch (which was there BEFORE i moved in). I got out as soon as I sold my contract but I feel bad for the person I talked into buying my contract. I will never and would never move back to Alpine. I rented from winter '07 through fall '08. ...
