If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT move here and im sure this is how all Billingsley properties are ran, so I wouldn't recommend moving into anything this company owns/manages. They probably pay any positive review. I've lived here for 18 months, and it's been a nightmare since the day I moved in literally. I typed out about 10 different instances of them not fixing things and then realized no one cares. Just know they will not fix what is wrong. AC goes out in late spring. Expect to bake in your house for at least a month. Neighbor has a sound system that comes straight through the wall. Well...deal with it, or pay to move to a different unit. Window frame is so far out of plum you can see outside through the bottom of the window when its closed, they'll thank you for cooling/heating the entire community. They've had so much turnover at the manager position no one knows what's going on. ...
