VERY loud and management totally unresponsive to needs. Do NOT bother to complain to the management about anything. Noisy neighbors? They will quote the fair housing act to you and say that as long as its between the hours of 8 am to 10 pm, its legal. Leaking moldy celling? They'll get to it when they can! The "manager" is the little brother of the district manager so its useless to complain to him and corporate will NOT return your calls. I rented from fall '08 through fall 11. ...
